"Where do I begin? It’s been quite a long road for me. It all started shortly after I gave birth to my daughter, she’s almost 6. I started having lower back issues off and on, sometimes to the point I couldn’t walk. I had been to multiple physical therapists over the years and it helped, but only for a short time. It kept flaring up and the issue was not getting resolved. I ended up having to have surgery and then continued to have problems. I had numerous steroid injections on a continuous basis and needed medication daily and was on the verge of having another surgery. All of this while trying to care for a baby. I felt I wasn’t the mom I wanted to be because of my physical limitations. Then I met Dena and she changed my life.
She not only helped me in the moment with what I was dealing with but she gave me the tools and expanded my own knowledge to be able to manage my pain in a way that worked for me, and she got to the root of the problem. Since seeing Dena, I have not had anymore injections, I typically had three a year, the surgery was no longer needed, and I am now off of all medication that I relied on before. Not only her love and passion for what she does, but her knowledge, caring, discretion and professionalism have far surpassed anything I could’ve ever asked for. Not only did she build the confidence in myself that I needed to continue to manage my pain, but because of her, I have my life back. I’m now able to be there for my daughter more fully, and when I have flare ups, I know how to manage it and I have the confidence I need that I can get it under control. If there is ever a time I need her, she has continued to be there for me when I need to reach out to her, and that’s after we moved out of state. My experience with Dena has been priceless
Before surgery or medication, remember this, our bodies are amazing and when we have the right tools and we get the needed education on our own situation, a lot of times we can get through managing our pain in a more natural way that is not only better for us but more long lasting! I cannot recommend Dena enough! Do it for you! She will change your life!"
"I can’t say enough about Dena. I had been dealing with foot pain for several years and I had been to a number of doctors and one other Physical Therapist. They all told me it was plantar fasciitis in my left foot so I tried everything to fix it – stopping just short of having surgery. As a last stitch effort, I went to a new orthopedic and he recommended trying physical therapy one more time. That is when I met Dena. She listened to me and actually heard what I was saying and from that listening she did a full evaluation of the pain and the source of it. We started a plan of stretching and strengthening that ultimately cured the pain I had been feeling for so long. I would recommend Dena to anyone who is need of a Physical Therapist."
Doc Tadros is very attentive and detailed in her work. You can tell she is highly experienced and skilled at her profession. I had a bicep and shoulder injury and had improvement with every session.
"I have had Dena Tadros when she worked at Parkview Orthopedic to work on my knee. She was a great physical therapist and really helped me to recover from knee surgery. She was very personable and caring through the process of rehab. She knew how to get me moving and healing. Dena Tadros also helped my wife Kathy recover from a knee replacement surgery she had. She had many complications from the replacement surgery and Dena was there to encourage her and talk with her through the rehab process especially some of the ups and downs. I highly recommend her as a physical therapist and know she will be a blessing to your recovery as well."
The brilliance to Dena Tadros’s practice, owner of Theory Physical Therapy, is the way she approaches her work. I have worked with Dena several times in the past and I am presently working with her again. Beside being an excellent physical therapist, she is interested in creating a connection with her patients. Dena does this with conversations that educate and inform. And understanding not only the physical healing needed, but her patients story of why their healing is important. Dena embraces the whole human being through her work. I am grateful that she has been, is and always will be my physical therapist. Dena Tadros at Theory Physical Therapy Rocks!
I have been working with Dena off and on for 2 years. She has helped me recover with both rotator cuff surgeries and a neck surgery. She has also helped me with my Lumbar spine to avoid surgery, and has extended the use of my knee which has a torn meniscus.
Dena is committed to helping you feel better. If something isn't working, then she will find a new direction to approach your recovery.
I am a busy person, just like a lot of you. Dena's punctuality is spot on. I never have to wait. She has a positive attitude, great social communication, and is very knowledgeable in her field.
Dena has helped me set up a regimen routine of exercises that I can do at home. She can load this directly to your phone, video included.
I highly recommend working with Dena. I trust her and her philosophy.
