Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist – Tinley Park (Full / Part-Time)
Theory Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking Physical Therapist to join our new clinic in Tinley Park.

A physical therapist who demonstrates a growth mindset with a desire and the capacity to positively connect with people and excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses, devising creative but effective treatment plans. We’re looking for flexible and all-in teammates who are excited by the opportunity to take on emerging challenges.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment with a strong orthopedic background, as well as specialties in McKenzie Method, Sports Medicine, Injury Prevention, Hand Therapy, Manual Therapy, IASTM, Women’s Health, Pelvic Health and Vestibular.

Qualifications
- Graduate of APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
- Base Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- All levels of experience are encouraged to apply and will train the right new graduate
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing a treatment program for patients.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with a desire and the capacity to positively connect with people
- Timely completion of documenting all treatment in patient charts (IEs, PNs, daily notes, discharges and HEP)
- Periodic and timely written communication to physicians and payers
- Stays current with billing policies and demonstrates ethical billing practices
- Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up
- Supervision of rehabilitation aides and administrative staff as needed
- Live through Theory Physical Therapy’s core principles and participation in programs sponsored by Theory Physical Therapy that may include mentoring, clinical educator, special interest group and community outreach.

Physical Therapy Technician
